Since its creation in 1991, the Local Sustainability Project has presented more than 300 demonstration collective learning workshops in Australia, Europe, China, Malaysia, and Fiji. Collective learning projects have also been set up in Bali, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Vanuatu and the United Kingdom.

Montessori education in Bali
medical and nursing practice in community health in Nepal
environmental health in villages in Fiji
collaborative place management by local govenments in isolated settlements in precincts of a global city.
